What is the consultation fee?

Consultation fees depend on the doctor and your concern. Call or WhatsApp the clinic for the current fee. Treatment costs depend on the procedure and the number of sessions.

What are the clinic timings?

Please call or WhatsApp 0313 878 2010 to confirm timings and book a time that suits you.

Where is the clinic?

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring any previous prescriptions and reports, and the creams or medicines you are using now. This helps the doctor plan your treatment.

Can the doctor diagnose my skin from photos?

Photos help for a first idea, especially for hair transplant planning. For a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, the doctor needs to see you at the clinic.

Treatments & safety

Who carries out the treatments?

Treatments are planned by the clinic’s doctors: Dr. Saqib Khan (dermatologist), Dr. Abdullah (cosmetic and plastic surgeon) and Dr. Mustafa Khan (medical aesthetician).

Are the treatments painful?

Most skin treatments cause little or no discomfort. Where a procedure may be uncomfortable, the doctor explains what to expect beforehand.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the condition and your skin. The doctor suggests a treatment plan after assessing your skin at the consultation.

Is there any downtime?

Many treatments have no downtime. Some can cause mild redness for a short while. The doctor tells you what to expect for your treatment.

Can I have treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Tell the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some treatments and medicines are not suitable at these times, and the doctor will advise what is safe.

Hair transplant

Is a hair transplant permanent?

Transplanted hair comes from the back of the head, which is resistant to balding, so it usually keeps growing for life. You may still lose some of your original hair over time, which the doctor will discuss with you.

Does it hurt?

The scalp is numbed with local anaesthesia, so most patients feel only the first injections. Mild soreness for a few days afterwards is normal.

How much does a hair transplant cost?

The cost depends on the number of grafts you need. Send photos on WhatsApp or visit for an assessment and the clinic will give you a clear price.

How many grafts will I need?

It depends on the area and your donor hair. The doctor estimates it at the consultation, and a rough estimate can be given from photos.

When can I go back to work?

Most people return to desk work within 3 to 5 days. Avoid heavy exercise, swimming and direct sun for a few weeks.

Can women have a hair transplant?

Yes, in suitable cases. Many women with thinning hair first try medicine and PRP. Female patients are assisted by female staff.

Laser

Is laser hair removal permanent?

Laser gives a long-lasting reduction in unwanted hair. Most people need a course of sessions, and some need occasional top-ups later.

Is laser suitable for my skin tone?

Tell the doctor about your skin type and any history of dark patches. Settings are chosen to suit your skin, and the doctor will tell you if another option is better.

What care is needed after laser?

Avoid direct sun and use sunscreen as advised. The doctor gives you aftercare instructions for your treatment.
